Tagging Along
Compliments of the season to my peeps.
I trust that everyone is doing exceptionally well. I am thrilled that you have taken the time to visit my blog today. I trust you had a delightful Christmas. Rest assured, if things didn't go as planned, there's no need to worry. As long as you remain alive, there is always hope, if you maintain unwavering faith in God.
I have had the pleasure of working with numerous mentees, and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity. However, I have also encountered some mentees who tend to seek shortcuts in life. On the other hand, there are those who desire change and eagerly anticipate it, but have yet to take the necessary steps to initiate it. Occasionally, individuals may find it difficult to navigate the challenges of a protracted process, which is why they often choose to tag along It can feel like an escape route, and it's often simpler to go along with the flow when you're unsure of where you should be since you lack a plan for your days. This can lead to weeks passing by, which can then grow into months and even years.
Many individuals have been unknowingly accompanying others without realizing that they are merely going along with the flow of life. The remarkable aspect of tagging along is the belief that things would effortlessly unfold on their own. Let's take a moment to reflect on the concept of tagging alone in life, shall we? Based on the Cambridge Dictionary, the term "tagging along" refers to the act of going somewhere with an individual or a group, typically without being explicitly invited to join them.
Is it conceivable that you have been tagging along without realizing it? When you maintain an open calendar that may be filled by others or when you believe that you do not require a daily plan to steer and motivate you, you are essentially going with the flow in life. Have you ever considered the impact of using the word 'Maybe' in your daily vocabulary? It's possible that by not being certain of the steps you should be taking, you may find yourself simply going along with life without living intentionally. By accompanying others, you may unintentionally underestimate your own capacity to make wise decisions and diminish the fundamental purpose of existence, which is to discover the significance of your own life and strive to fulfill it. Life has the potential to bring you down if you lack purpose, anticipation, and a clear sense of direction to propel you towards your goals.
