  1. Take a piece of paper and write down all the things that distract you from your goals and priorities.
  2. Identify the top 3 distractions and write down why they distract you.

  4. Create a schedule that allocates time for your top priorities and minimizes distractions.

Exercise 3: Practicing Intentional Living

  1. Take a few minutes to reflect on your daily routine and habits.
  2. Ask yourself: "What are some habits or activities that drain my energy or distract me from my goals?"
  3. Identify 1-2 habits or activities that you can replace with more intentional and fulfilling ones.
  4. Create an action plan to implement these changes and track your progress over the next week.
