I have had the pleasure of working with numerous mentees, and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity. However, I have also encountered some mentees who tend to seek shortcuts in life. On the other hand, there are those who desire change and eagerly anticipate it, but have yet to take the necessary steps to initiate it.  Hi Friend, It is almost getting to the end of a season called 2023 and many are currently taking stock of how the year went. For some, they had many wins, they celebrated, while others, are in a state of gloominess over too many losses they think they recorded. I am sorry to hear that you didn't close the deal, buy the house, get to make the changes and change the trajectory of your life within the time frame you set for yourself but have you ever stop to think that it is not over until it is over? They could be many reasons why it didn't work as planned and you have two options to consider; 1. To either look into the origin of the issue so you can resolve it, learn from it so you can proceed with caution, and instruct others  2. Alternatively, you can choose to reside in a temporary dwelling of self-pity and indulge in sorrow over your losses.  Having a RESPONSE ready is essential for handling life's inevitable challenges. The Subtractive Mentality

Hi Peeps, Some people think subtractive is bad since it sounds like the inverse of addition. Attempting to discover what works for you may be really daunting, and if you're not cautious, you might end up taking on too much because you feel like you're not getting enough done. Feeling overwhelmed is normal; the key is to find a way to cope with it before it gets the best of you. A flood of information regarding what to do next, when to do it, how to do it, and what to do that will work better and provide more results might overwhelm someone who is unclear of what to do next.  When we feel like we're falling short of our goals, our first instinct is to take on additional work. However, the real problem might be that we're already juggling too much. In this case, a subtractive mindset is required to discover ways to liberate resources and channel them in a direction that yields better outcomes.  Weighing your remaining activities, you'll need to decide which ones to cu
