The 60-minute deviation is an initiative that helps you get things done, especially personal things. It could be 60 minutes at a stretch daily, or you could stagger it within the day. 

There has never been a time like now that we have a flurry of distractions daily, that focus becomes almost impossible for the unintentional folks. From the internet to economic crises and every other issue that constantly creeps into our space and steals our attention all through the day. The power of focus cannot be overemphasised at a time like this, both among the youth and adults. 

Why the 60 minutes daily initiative?

We have lost count of unaccounted-for hours daily by letting our attention slip into mundane or unimportant and unplanned tasks daily, and this strategy is to help us get the reins back. 

What are the benefits of the 60 Minutes Initiative?

Implementing a 60-minute focused work session, with intentional breaks in between, can have numerous benefits. This technique is often referred to as the Pomodoro Technique.
